All prices listed on the Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Payments for coaching services can be made through Shopify's secure checkout system or other payment platforms available on the Website.

We offer various payment options, including upfront payment, Afterpay, and interest-free payment plans for programs over $1,000. Note that interest may apply if a payment is missed.

We do not offer refunds for completed coaching sessions. However, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting the session fee.

Once payment is received, you will gain access to the relevant coaching services as outlined on the Website. Sessions will be conducted online or in person, as agreed. The duration and structure of coaching programs will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
