Will I feel hungry all the time while fasting?

Feeling hungry is common when you first start intermittent fasting, but this usually decreases as your body adjusts to the new eating pattern and switch to fat-burning (ketosis).
Our program offers strategies to help you manage hunger and cravings, keeping you comfortable and satisfied during fasting periods. Drinking plenty of water, eating high-fibre foods, and staying active can all help reduce feelings of hunger.

What can I consume during my fasting periods?

Only water, sparkling water, herbal tea, and coffee. Nothing else. No diet soft drinks. Anything with sweeteners breaks your fast and stops the benefits you receive while fasting.

What is the best intermittent fasting window to lose belly fat?

The body decides where the fat is taken from, not the fasting window. To burn fat, the body needs to enter a state of ketosis, which can occur anywhere between 12-20 hours of fasting. This timing depends on factors such as what you've eaten, your activity levels, and the amount of insulin circulating in your body.

Is intermittent fasting suitable for women over 40?

Yes, intermittent fasting can be very beneficial. It helps balance hormones, reduce PMS and perimenopause symptoms, and decrease cravings and emotional eating.
