Is fasting good for everyone?
No. It’s not recommended for people under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding mothers and if you have a history of disordered eating it’s recommended you proceed with caution under medical supervision.
Can I have coffee while intermittent fasting?
Yes, you can have black coffee during your fasting period. It's calorie-free and won't break your fast. Avoid adding sugar, cream, or milk, as these can break your fast.
Is intermittent fasting safe for women?

Our course offers personalised guidance and encourages intuitive fasting. While these symptoms are usually temporary, it’s important to manage them with proper hydration and nutrition. Remember, you should never feel dizzy or shaky; this indicates that your blood sugar is too low, and you need to eat immediately. Our course includes tips and strategies to help you minimise and cope with any side effects.
